  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from the carrier that is handling the order for your country. Click here to enter your order number to find out the latest delivery information.
  • Why is my track and trace link not working?
    The track and trace link will become active once your parcel arrives at Parcel Force Depot
  • Do I need to pay import duties?
    You will not need to pay import duties on online purchases from ICOR Ltd
  • My order didn't arrive or was damaged, what to do?
    If your order didn't arrive on the expected delivery date, or if it arrived damaged, please contact us.
  • Can an order be shipped as a gift?
    Yes! You can ship an order as a gift and include a gift message, which will be printed out on a card and added to the box. In addition, if you choose to add a gift message, the invoice will be replaced by gift receipt (delivery note). At this moment, we are unable to offer gift wrapping.
  • Can I collect my order?
    Yes you can collect as long as you have contacted us and agreed, also within our normal working hours.
  • Do you do exchanges?
    We can offer exchanges as long as you bear the cost of transport and return the item in its original condition
  • I am a trade customer do you offer bulk discount?
    Yes we can offer discount for bulk purchases, please contact our sales team to discuss.
