North of Scotland, outside UK mainland and N Ireland have a standard shipping rate of £12.50 per 30 kg box and £4.95 per additional 30 kg box please email before ordering.

 

All Boxes over 1.1 m will also incur a minimum cost of £15.00 unless over £250 of sales then it will be free.

 

Delivery to PO boxes is not available.

 

Longer delivery times apply for remote locations.

 

Returns will be excepted if the goods turn up damaged or faulty and the cost of collection will be met by ICOR Ltd, if you need to return goods please contact us first and we will arrange a collection or send you a label to return goods to the post office.

 

If you need to return goods that you ordered by mistake or do not wish the goods anymore you can simply return to us and we will credit you less postage, the cost of the return postage will be at your cost subject to condition of goods returned.

 

A credit will be issued once goods have been checked and are returned in the condition they were sent.
